FErmentation classes in st andrews

After introducing a popular range of fermented products to Fife, we have moved towards kimchi making workshops. If you miss our products and want to make them yourself sign up to one of our workshops and learn everything there is to know about them and take a big full jar home!

What's kimchi? It's Korean fermented cabbage with added spice and hints (or more) of garlic and ginger - now you can make it exactly as you like it.
