Central European staple of fermented foods. This version is a subtle twist on the classic replacing divisive caraway usually used in Germany with warm, aromatic cumin. Perfect with a Bratwurst, as a side with any dinner or as base for rich bigos or cabbage soup.
The product is raw and unpasteurised and the live probiotic cultures in it will continue to ferment - some angry hissing and fizzing is to be expected.
Due to lack of stabilising additives, the product needs to be refrigerated. Only use clean utensils and consume within two weeks of opening.
